Recording Catch
As an Angler Inventory+ user, you are given the unique opportunity to record your catches, including as many (or few) details as you would like to save.
To record your catch starting from the Utils Menu tap on the menu icon in the top right corner, shown below.
From there, click on the Fishing Menu:
From there you will be presented with the Record Catch form.
Please note, the only field that has a requirement is the Species, it is your choice to record the data you want. If you are adding records at a later date/time you can also change the Catch Date details.
If you want to add comments to the recorded data, tap on the "Comment" box.
This will bring up your devices keyboard and allow you to enter any comments you wish.
After this tap on the Species field, this will bring up a list of species that we have on the database, ready for you to select.
If you want to add in details about your catches measurements, tap on one of three options including Fish Weight, Length or Girth, this will bring up a scrollable selector.
If you want to add any additional catch details, tap on the tab above the form labelled "Optional Catch Details"
This will bring up many more options to record data on your catch.
Tapping on any of the selections on this screen will let you select or edit a value.
Once you have filled in the details you wish you can decide if you would like to add a photo of your catch, or if you would like to just save.
If you choose Attach Photo And Save, it will bring up your devices camera to take a photograph when you are done editing the photo it will record the catch.
However, just clicking save will notify you if it was recorded successfully and the form will reset, ready for the next one.
